Primary Duties :
1. Respond promptly to telephone requests for reservations and process accordingly.
2. Check room and rate availability and accept/reject booking accordingly based on availability.
3. Complete and administer all reservation tasks as assigned and in accordance with established standards and procedures.
4. To review accuracy of the next day reservations ensuring complete details for Front Desk and special requests, which require pre arrangements, are attended to.
5. Maintain comprehensive allotment list, and provide monthly report of actual materialization.
6. To inform the Reservation/ Front Office Manager of any problem areas that may occur in the Reservation Department.
7. Have thorough knowledge of all guest rooms and suites, their location, rates and amenities; be familiar with all hotel facilities and services.
