Resident Engineer

We are looking for a proactive Resident Engineer to oversee the operational efficiency of our data center, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of all data center systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure infrastructure operates at peak efficiency.
• Ensure proper functioning of server racks, cooling, power, and other key infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to elevate and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining IT hardware and software systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting IT-related incidents within the data center.

Requirements

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
