Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise architectural works to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project specifications.
Monitor construction activities on assigned projects to ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Review architectural drawings and details, and identify or track any engineering changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and collaborate closely with architectural consultants and project stakeholders on design and site-related matters.
Conduct inspections of site works, material submissions, mock-ups, and project samples to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Building, Architecture, or a related field.
Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.
