Residential Plot Sales Solicitor – Development

This role involves managing a varied caseload related to new build development matters nationwide, including preparing sales packs and supporting a dedicated sales team of paralegals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE in residential plot sales and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

The position offers an opportunity to work closely with clients from private developers to social housing providers, ensuring all documentation and processes are effectively handled.
