We're excited to be building a brand-new Resource & Optimisation team at cardfactory and we're looking for a Resource Analyst who is a curious, analytical thinker, eager to question the norm and help shape how we use data to support our retail workforce planning. Joining a small, close-knit team where your ideas genuinely matter, this is a brilliant opportunity to influence how the function operates, bring fresh thinking, and make a tangible impact on the way we work. Based at our Support Centre in Wakefield, this is a hybrid role (2-3 days a week on site) that gives you the opportunity to make a real impact across our stores.
