Peppina, the signature restaurant at The Tasman in Hobart, is shaped by Tasmania’s produce, seasons, and community. Italian in spirit and local in expression, it is generous, energetic, and grounded in provenance.
The Culinary Team works closely with an established network of producers, with access to exceptional ingredients that define the seasonal menu. The culinary direction is well-established, under the guidance of Culinary Director Massimo Mele.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will support the preparation and execution of service within Peppina, our award-winning Italian restaurant, delivering authentic, high-quality dishes and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
