Guest Experience & Front of House

• Greet all guests entering TABLE twelvefifty with a warm smile and friendly attitude
• Manage reservations and waitlists while maintaining an organized guest flow
• Control seating pace and evenly distribute tables using the “dot system”
• Ensure guests are seated promptly at clean, fully set tables
• Keep SevenRooms updated with accurate table statuses
• Say goodbye and thank every guest as they leave
