Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth store functioning
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, delivering excellent customer service
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and attractive product displays
Handle cashier duties, including POS transactions
Restock shelves and ensure products are well-organised and properly labelled
Support the execution of in-store promotions, events, and new product launches
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Supervisor/Manager
Complete daily and weekly reports/paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management will be an added advantage
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
