Retail Customer Service & Store Operations Assistant

One Stop in Ilkeston is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. You will be providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's appearance in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role involves coaching others to improve customer service and ensuring safety standards are met. Additionally, you may be responsible for running shifts in the absence of management and must pass a background check if the store has a Post Office Local.
