Job Description
- Retail Manager will help to plan overall business Direct Retail, including assortment, promotional plans, inventory management, expansion and channel strategy;
- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel;
- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance;
- Preparing and controlling the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency;
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in stores;
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts;
- Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines.
- University graduate with 5-10 years of experience in management.
- Luxury retail experience.
- Knowledge of accounting is appreciated. / Accounting skills are a plus.
