WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As a Retail Operations Controller (Area Controller), you will work close to the core of our business – Our Stores. Your main objective will be to drive sales and profitability growth in the stores of your area. Additionally, you ‘ll identify business opportunities and together with the Area Team you will implement strategies to increase the shopping experience in the stores, securing that sale, efficiency and profit targets are reached. 
You will:
Set budget for sales, efficiency KPIs and store costs in line with the country goals
Work proactively and forecast selling and costs development for the coming months and take necessary actions
Support stores in financial sales planning accuracy with the aim to improve efficiency and service levels
Set hourly function plan with Store Management to enable strong store operations, ...
