Responsibilities

• Promote assigned products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Participate department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basic
• Render extended hours when necessary
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas and make replenishments or re-orders when necessary
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Maintain cleanliness of his/her area all the time.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Engage and actively participate with all in-store promotions and events.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
