RF Engineer

Job Description

• Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure stability.
• Perform RF optimisation for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
• Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance.
• Utilise BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.
• Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Telecommunication Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in RF optimisation
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network features.
• Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
• Proficient in network analysis and optimisation tools
