Job Description
The Rigging Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all rigging and
lifting activities on-site to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in
compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. The role involves
leading a team of scaffolders, inspecting equipment, and liaising with other site
personnel to ensure timely project delivery.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all rigging and lifting operations on the
construction site.
- Lead a team of rigging and lifting and assign tasks based on project
requirements and worker capabilities.
- Ensure rigging and lifting is erected, altered, and dismantled according to
approved designs and safety standards.
Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
