Risk, Compliance & Governance Manager

This is a senior opportunity to design and embed a scalable risk, compliance and governance framework for a growing consumer brand operating across multiple markets and channels.

The business is expanding quickly across DTC and wholesale. With growth comes complexity across marketing compliance, privacy, HR governance, product safety and customer risk. This role exists to bring structure, confidence and control as the business scales.

This is not a policy-only role. You will build practical systems that teams actually follow.

The opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with in-house legal, you will own the end-to-end compliance operating framework.
You will have real authority to pause activity, escalate risk and require remediation where standards or processes are not met.
