Job Description
Position: RN - ICU - Travel
Location: Morristown, NJ.
Pay Rate: $ 59/hr
Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM.
Duties:
1: Assessment skills. Has competent knowledge of all the normal stages of growth and development from Pediatric to Geriatric and delivers patient care appropriately. Performs thorough assessments that are systematic, comprehensive and accurate.
Job Function:
2. Clinical Skills. Consistently demonstrates competent clinical skills. Performs direct patient care activities in support of patient care delivery and team concept. Provides competent and appropriate nursing care to the population of the unit. Demonstrates knowledge and skill of emergency equipment and procedures.
3. Documentation. Maintains complete and accurate documentation. Demonstrates knowledge of documentation guidelines. Assumes primary responsibility for documenting components of the nursing process and patient's progress toward meetin...
