Shift: 12h Night, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 3 shifts per week

Job Description:
Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit responsible for providing quality patient care and managing complex cases in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care in the Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit with the ability to manage CRRT, Bipaps, and perform own lab draws, and manage Chest Tubes and PICCs.
- Operate independently without vascular access team, handle own consults, and conduct codes with confidence.
- Manage open heart patients day 1 including pacer wires.
- Floating to ICU and all inpatient units: Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED as needed.
- Work every other weekend and based on unit needs, work holidays such as July 4th.
