RN - PCU/Progressive Care Unit

Unit Capacity: Beds Population Served: Respiratory Failure, CHF, MI, Chronic Dialysis, post-surgical, CABG, CRRT, Neuro. Open heart coming Jan , trauma patient, Impellas, IABP, EVD drains. Ages of Patients Served: Adolescent through Late Adult ( - +) Nurse to Patient Ratios: : Core Staffing Plan: Staffing consists of Mid- level providers, registered nurses, surgical first assists, surgical technicians, nursing care partners, nurse externs, doulas and clerical associates. Each shift has a designated team leader. A registered nurse assumes full responsibility for all patient care.
