Rolling Stock Overhaul Supervisor (Qatar)

Supervise and oversee overhaul and repair activities of Rolling Stock components, ensuring compliance with production plans, railway standards, and maintenance specifications. Lead and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, promoting Zero Harm initiatives and conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Plan and manage resources including manpower, tools, materials, and third-party services to meet daily production targets and contractual KPIs. Ensure quality assurance through monitoring completed work, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating effective shift handovers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, eliminate non-conformance costs, and support productivity and operational efficiency enhancements.
