Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead our service department. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for driving profitability, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring safe, high‑quality roofing repairs and maintenance on commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the service department team (technicians, foremen, and support staff)
- Generate sales through customer relationships, prospecting, and preparing competitive proposals
- Oversee all service work from initial call → estimate → repair/maintenance → billing and follow‑up
- Schedule and dispatch crews, manage workflow, track job costs, and ensure projects stay on budget
