Help at Home by Montefiore is a unique service that is one of Sydney's greatest offerings to clients that require support so they may maintain independence in their own home for as long as possible. Our team of carers provide around the clock care to each individual client and work closely with our dedicated team of Care Coordinators to ensure the right carer is supporting the client. 

Our Rostering Team is looking for a new experienced Roster Coordinator who has worked in either Aged Care, Community, Disability scheduling/rostering. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small and cohesive team that is based in our modern office space in the leafy suburb of Double Bay. 


To be successful for this opportunity you must: 

  • Have experience in rostering/scheduling for either a Home Care or Disability Provider, Aged Care Residential Facility or an Agency environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
