Rotational Mold Operator – 1st Shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Rotational Mold Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Brainerd area. This full-time, hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with industrial equipment, take pride in quality production, and value safety and teamwork. Pay: $20+ per hour based on experience
Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Rotational Mold Operator Responsibilities:

Operate rotational molding machines safely and efficiently to produce high-quality plastic parts

Develop a strong understanding of machine operation, tooling, and related equipment

Measure, prepare, and load molding materials accurately for each production cycle

Open and close molds using proper tools and techniques to ensure consistent production
