Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for Cards and On-Ramp products, including onboarding, acquisition, and first activation.
  • Define and evolve ICP, user segmentation, and audience strategy across markets and channels.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Cards and related financial products.
  • Lead acquisition and growth initiatives across paid traffic, SEO, and ASO.
  • Launch and optimize marketing campaigns with clear funnel logic and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Managers to research new markets, user needs, and providers (e.g. card issuers, ramps).
  • Drive market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and growth decisions.
    Monitor funnel performance and user behavior to improve conversion, activation, and retention.
  • Align execution across Product, Growth, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
