Job Description

Role Summary
The RTR Accountant will support month-end close and financial reporting activities within a multinational finance environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Journal preparation and posting
Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Financial reporting and support of audits
Compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and SOX controls
Liaise with AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax teams
Drive process improvements
Requirements
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
1–4+ years’ experience in RTR / GL accounting
Multinational or shared services experience preferred
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
Strong Excel skills
