Job Description
Designation: Support Analyst
- Understanding of how point of sales operations and inventory management work
- Managing Customer communication
- Managing incident lifecycle
- To make the Test plan for incidents that require L3 fix
- To support customer in implementing the solution
Base location: Manila Education
Qualification: Graduate: Computer Graduate / BE Computers
Experience: 3-5 Years
Essential Skills: Has understanding of Point of Sales application and Inventory management system
Technical Knowledge:
- Expert in Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis
- Basic Database Understanding - SQL skills, how to extract a log file, Cloud environment
Personal Traits:
- Should be savvy of working on Business Application involving inventory management
- Should be able to multi-task and track SLA's
- Should be able to produce the best result in pressure situ...
