Job Description
- Lead and deliver health and safety strategy initiatives, embedding a strong, proactive safety culture across the organisation
- Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure effective control measures are in place
- Develop and maintain safety systems, policies and procedures aligned to legislative and best practice standards
- Partner with operational teams and contractors to drive compliance, improve safety performance and support safe delivery of works
- Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions
