Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide administrative and clerical support to the Safety department by ensuring that departmental operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12/Matric or NQF4 is essential
- Minimum of 2 Years working experience in an administrative environment is essential
COMPETENCIES
- Good communication skills (Fluent in English)
- SAP
- Report writing and minute taking skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- General office administration.
- Maintains record keeping and filing system as per the requirements.
- Liaises with all employees and internally and externally with service providers.
- Compiles weekly scanning reports.
