Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide administrative and clerical support to the Safety department by ensuring that departmental operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12/Matric or NQF4 is essential
  • Minimum of 2 Years working experience in an administrative environment is essential

COMPETENCIES

  • Good communication skills (Fluent in English)
  • SAP
  • Report writing and minute taking skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • General office administration.
  • Maintains record keeping and filing system as per the requirements.
  • Liaises with all employees and internally and externally with service providers.
  • Compiles weekly scanning reports.
