ADM is looking for a highly skilled and experienced H&S Manager to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in Safety.
As the H&S Manager, you will be responsible for:
Support management on H&S requirements.Ensure compliance with H&S regulations. Identify, coordinate, and deliver H&S training.Support our team in risk assessmentImplement ADM’s H&S goalsMaintain emergency proceduresManage compliance issues.Ensure relevant H&S permits, certificates, and inspections are in place.Cooperate with Environmental, QA, and Process SafetyEnsuring H&S support at EOL Polska.What we expect
