Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensuring workplace safety by creating and implementing policies and programs that comply with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
• Conducting Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC), investigating accidents, providing safety training, performing regular site inspections, and acting as a liaison with government agencies.
• They also manage emergency procedures, oversee safety equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with all health and safety codes.
