Job Description

Responsibilities for Sales admin
•Coordinate and arrange local and international shipments to branches.
•Prepare and manage shipping documents, including Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, packing lists, and import/export documentation.
•Coordinate stock and equipment movement to ensure timely delivery and proper inventory tracking.
•Process purchase orders, prepare quotations, sales contracts, and all related pre-sales and post-sales documentation.
•Prepare and issue invoices for sales transactions.
•Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and filing systems.
•Compile and prepare monthly sales reports.
•Follow up on payments from key customers and maintain good customer relationships.
•Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department as required.
