Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing
- Follow up on deliveries, documentation, and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in sales administration or office support is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Mandarin language is COMPULSORY
