Position Summary
The Sales Administration Lead will manage the Sales Admin team, ensuring all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can provide structure, accountability, and mentorship. The manager will oversee all CRM updates, brand/retailer tracking, sample coordination, and promotional documentation—serving as a key support function for the Sales department. Most importantly, this leader will foster team performance, drive operational excellence, and ensure checks and balances are consistently in place.
