District Coordination of Sales and Aftersales through Dealer Network focus on performance, KPIs, and quarterly targets supported on Zone Managers.
STRATEGIC :40%
Planning and tuning of forecast per dealer Region.
Special Programs and Mix Desing for Sales and Aftersales as a whole
Arrangement of dealers by Performance.
Appointment of staff in charge of every Dealer.
OPERATIONAL 50%:
Development of specific Dealers according to performance.
Remediation plan for Specific Dealers in case of low performance.
Tailored Remediation Plans.
Dealers Visiting Plans.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT 10%:
Team performance Management
Smart administration of Travel expenses.
Other functions:
Participation in Dealer Conventions and Forums.
Continuous interaction with stakeholders related to Sales and Aftersales Portfolio.
