Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst coordinates the daily commercial operation, focusing on test drives, leads, CRM, incentives and coordination with internal areas and the dealer network. The role ensures order, consistency, and follow-up in commercial processes.

Main Responsibilities

Test Drives and Leads Management

• Manage test drives for dealers, including form administration, assignment and follow-up.
• Manage and monitor leads, ensuring proper entry and updates.

CRM Administration and Allocation Support

• Keep the Sales Interaction CRM updated with accurate information on opportunities, clients and activities.
• Control data quality and follow up on pending entries.
• Provide operational support in allocation, ensuring consistency between CRM, Logistics and dealers.
• Ensure proper data entry across all assigned processes.
