Sales and Customer Service Executive

•Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) Certificate or equivalent.• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when required.

Assist customers in locating products within the store.

• Provide accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries regarding

products, services, and store promotions.

• Operate cash registers, process financial transactions, and issue receipts.

• Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly and attractively displayed.

• Conduct routine price checks to ensure correct and consistent billing.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work and store areas, including cleaning

spillages and removing damaged or expired items.
