Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant you’ll be at the very heart of our retail operation. You will deliver first‑class customer service in a fast‑paced, charity retail environment that includes working the till, sorting donations, engaging customers, merchandising donated stock, collaborating with our E‑Commerce team, and acting as a keyholder when no manager is on duty. The role can be physically demanding, involving moving a high volume of donation bags.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our charity’s mission.
