Title: Sales Associate, Account Management
Overview
Responsible for Issuer team support to Account Managers/Team Leads in Canada. Work with Account Managers/Team Leads to establish and execute short and long‑term financial, operating and business objectives in alignment with account plans. Monitor, analyze, and report on business metrics for Canada and by account to aid management decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Institutions (FI) Partnerships team in everyday functions (account analysis and plans, executive briefs, key initiatives tracking, project management, planning of meetings/QBRs).
- Support Team Leads in formation and tracking of key strategic initiatives.
- Analyze customers’ existing business through data analytics, competitive analysis, and recommend opportunities for additional revenue.
