Sales Associate - Bicol

Responsibilities

• Involves field work: actively selling and promoting Home Credit products for retail clients at POS.
• Maintain excellent familiarity with Home Credit products and continuously learn new products.
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures, providing professional service.
• Prepare client documentation, collect information, and work with the system.
• Take responsibility for risks arising on signed contracts.
• Cooperate with POS staff and comply with POS regulations.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Keep the workplace clean and fully functional (tables, IT equipment).
• Preserve and protect equipment supplied by the company.
• Uphold a positive image of Home Credit at POS.
