We are representing our client a process instrumentations & control solution in their search for a Business Development Manager to join their team
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and oversee the overall performance of the sales department.
Support and guide Outdoor Sales Engineers through joint customer visits and sales / business development activities.
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for new market sectors.
Prepare and present sales plans, market strategies, and business proposals to the Director for further action and approval.
Achieve monthly departmental sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Conduct visits to consultants to promote product specifications and secure inclusion in project vendor lists.
Monitor and follow up on market trends, ongoing projects, and upcoming developments within Malaysia.
