About the Role
Annual base salary ranging from CAD $70,000 to $100,000, depending on background and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- New Hire Sales Training: The Sales Coach would be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive foundational sales skills training for all new hires.
- Advanced Sales Skill Development: Beyond initial training, the Sales Coach would design and facilitate upskilling and progressive sales training programs to continually elevate the sales acumen of our existing team.
- Building a Sales Culture & Leadership Enablement: A core function of this role would be to collaborate closely with leadership to foster a vibrant, high-performance sales culture.
