: The opportunity:The Sales Coordinator (SC) works directly with the Stop Loss Specialists (SLSs), Account Managers (AM) and Sr. Account Managers (Sr. AM), and to coordinate the completion of prospect and sold case activities. The SC is required to ensure the efficient flow of information by communicating effectively with internal and external partners including: SLSs, AMs, Sr. AMs, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Brokers, and Clients. This will include but is not limited to prospect activity, reporting, system updates, questionnaires, sending proposals, broker updates, and confirming plan documents. This role supports the Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers in the primary day-to-day needs for internal and external clients and contributes to client satisfaction, retention, and growth.How you will contribute::Partners with SC team to build and maintain effective working relationships with SLSs, AMs, Sr. AMs, Underwriters, Premium Specialists...
