The Sales Coordinator supports the sales function through administrative excellence, CRM maintenance, and efficient coordination across teams. This role ensures smooth sales operations and data accuracy, enabling the sales team to focus on client engagement and deal execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client data.
Generate regular CRM reports and flag missing information to the team.
Sales Document Preparation
Prepare and format proposals, quotations, and agreements using standard templates.
Ensure brand and data consistency across all documentation.
Coordination & Scheduling
Schedule client meetings, demos, and internal follow-ups.
Support onboarding of new sales hires with access to tools and templates.
Administrative Support
Organize shared sales folders and maintain up-to-date collateral.
