The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our sales division. In this position, you will play a crucial role by being the go between, the sales team and the service department, as well the administrative functions. Based in Forrestdale, this role will give you the exposure to both Workshop and Sales Divisions within Hitachi.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Support the Sales Team (Maintenance of CE Sales Administration duties keeping up to date)
- Assist with maintaining and updating the CRM Database
- Work with the workshop to achieve an accurate delivery schedule and forecast
- Process invoices, quotes and tenders
