Responsibilities :
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, orders, and prepare quotation.
Attend walk-in customer and handling incoming calls.
Identifying and addressing any customer service issues or concerns
Providing general support to the sales team as needed
Assist and update in sales reporting
Requirement :
Minimum SPM
Computer literate
Well-groomed with pleasant personality
Excellent customer service and communication abilities, both written and verbal
