Job Description
Process Management
: Handle quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and update customer price books. Maintain an effective filing system for documentation. Printing of invoices. Customer Consignment & Inventory Management
: Manage customer consignment programs, maintain stock inventory, and oversee stock movements. Delivery Coordination
: Ensure on-time deliveries for customers by working closely with customers, vendors, drivers to meet delivery requirements. Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin language to process mandarin documents and liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Good communication skills Able to work independently Working hours and location
: Monday- friday 10.00am-7.00pm Saturday (optional) $2800-$3500 3 Senoko way
