JOB TITLE: Sales Development Executive (Entry Level)
PURPOSE:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the first point of contact for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The role focuses on engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline by booking high-quality meetings. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the initial point of contact for all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Engage prospects via email, calls, and other communication channels.
Pre-qualify leads based on responses, requirements, and business fit.
Share relevant marketing materials, company experience, and industry insights.
Clearly communicate pricing details and value propositions.
Nurture prospects to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
