Job Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)
- The SDR Performance Lead is responsible for the output, quality, and accountability of all SDRs across enterprise campaigns
- This is a hands-on performance leadership role
- Reporting infrastructure is already in place
- The role exists to ensure performance standards are met, SQL quality is maintained, and underperformance is addressed promptly
- Monitor daily and weekly SDR activity and output metrics
- Ensure SDRs consistently meet daily lead and SQL targets
- Review call recordings to improve objection handling, messaging, and overall call quality
- Conduct structured coaching sessions and performance discussions
- Identify underperformance within seven (7) days and recommend appropriate action, including replacement where necessary
