Role Summary: The client is a well-established business with over 20 years of experience in aerospace staffing and technical recruiting . Due to challenges in hiring and retaining reliable U.S.-based SDR talent, they are exploring an offshore SDR model to generate warm leads, support an in-house salesperson, and stabilize and scale revenue in a cost-effective way. The SDR will focus on outbound lead generation, qualification, and CRM management to help revive stalled growth and support future market expansion.
