Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Qualify new leads through our CRM and sales pipeline.
- Field basic questions and concerns about our products and services to potential clients.
- Schedule consultations between prospective clients and sales team.
- Properly maintain client contacts and details.
- Continuously contact unprocessed leads/clients.
- Do outbound calls to target businesses worldwide to promote our products and services.
- Confirm and document client details that are interested in our products and services.
- Provide customer service by attending to clients needs and inquiries and solving their problems.
- Ensure the SLA are properly met.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Appointment Setting.
- Strong background in doing outbound calls with sales experience.
- Has good English communication skills verbally and in written form.
