Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Qualify new leads through our CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Field basic questions and concerns about our products and services to potential clients.
  • Schedule consultations between prospective clients and sales team.
  • Properly maintain client contacts and details.
  • Continuously contact unprocessed leads/clients. 
  • Do outbound calls to target businesses worldwide to promote our products and services.
  • Confirm and document client details that are interested in our products and services.
  • Provide customer service by attending to clients needs and inquiries and solving their problems.
  • Ensure the SLA are properly met.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Appointment Setting.
  • Strong background in doing outbound calls with sales experience.
  • Has good English communication skills verbally and in written form.
