The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Globalli will support pipeline generation and outbound prospecting efforts across our global HCM, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the HR technology and global employment landscape, thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment, and can effectively engage HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an automation‑first environment and leveraging modern sales technologies, AI tools, and scalable outreach strategies.
What You Will Do
- Identify and research prospective clients across global markets and target industries.
